These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of clinical hypnotherapy and retreat services by Sage Mind Clinical Hypnotherapy ("the Practitioner"). By booking a session or retreat, the client ("you") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking, Payment, and Consent

All sessions must be booked and paid for in full at the time of booking via the website.

Payment secures your appointment; unpaid bookings will not be honoured.

Consent to treatment and agreement to these Terms is considered binding upon booking.

Prices are clearly stated at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice. The fee at the time of booking is final.

2. Session Recordings and Data Protection

All sessions are recorded (audio and video) via CCTV for safety, supervision, and quality control.

Recordings are stored securely in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By attending a session, you consent to these recordings. They will never be shared unless required by law.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows

Therapy sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Sage Mind Retreats require at least 7 days’ notice.

Cancellations after these periods, or failure to attend without notice, will result in the full fee being retained.

No refunds are issued for no-shows.

Booking fee applies at checkout.

4. Client Responsibility and Eligibility

Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. You must disclose any diagnosed mental health conditions, medications, or relevant medical history prior to your session.

Clients must be aged 14 or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian under prior written consent / agreement.

The Practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment where it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential, in accordance with GDPR and the ethical standards of clinical hypnotherapy.

Confidentiality may be broken only if required by law or if there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.

6. Disclaimer

No guarantees are made regarding the outcomes of hypnotherapy or retreat experiences. Results vary between individuals.

You are fully responsible for your wellbeing and decisions during and after sessions.

7. Code of Conduct

Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected at all times. Aggression, abuse, or disruption may lead to service termination without refund.
