Introduction
These Terms govern the provision of all services and products offered by Sage Mind Clinical Hypnotherapy, including in-person hypnotherapy, online sessions, retreats, and digital hypnotherapy downloads.
By booking a session, purchasing a digital product, or accessing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services Offered
Sage Mind Clinical Hypnotherapy provides:
• In-person (1:1) hypnotherapy sessions
• Online hypnotherapy sessions (Zoom or similar platforms)
• Retreats, workshops, and wellbeing experiences
• Digital hypnotherapy scripts and audio downloads (global access)
All services are intended to support personal development, relaxation and wellbeing.
Booking & Payment
Therapy Sessions & Retreats
• All sessions must be booked and paid for in full at the time of booking
• Payment confirms and secures your appointment
• Prices shown at the time of booking are final
Digital Downloads
• Digital products are delivered electronically
• All digital sales are final and non-refundable once access or download is provided
• Prices may change at any time without affecting completed purchases
Consent & Eligibility
• Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment
• You must disclose relevant medical or mental health conditions before sessions
• Clients must be aged 14 or over unless otherwise agreed with parental consent
• Digital products for children are intended for parent-led use only
Sage Mind Clinical Hypnotherapy reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where they are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside professional scope.
Session Recording (CCTV & Online Sessions)
For safeguarding, supervision, and professional standards:
• In-person sessions may be recorded via CCTV
• Online sessions may be screen and/or audio recorded
Recordings are stored securely, accessed only when professionally necessary, and never shared unless required by law or safeguarding obligations.
By attending sessions, you acknowledge and consent to recording where applicable.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Therapy Sessions
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• Late cancellations or non-attendance result in the full fee being retained
Retreats
• A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required
• Late cancellations are non-refundable
Digital Product Use & Responsibility
Digital downloads are provided for personal use only.
You agree:
• Not to share, resell, reproduce, or distribute content
• Not to listen while driving or operating machinery
• To use recordings in a safe, appropriate environment
Results vary between individuals and no outcomes are guaranteed.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal data is handled in accordance with:
• UK GDPR
• EU GDPR
• Applicable international data protection laws

Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
